Applesauce Carrot Muffins

As of today, I have been off of cane sugars for 49 days. It feels good. I have been using honey or maple syrup for sweeteners, but will soon be using Swerve products to sweeten my recipes. We will see how it goes.  Am always on the lookout for recipes that use honey instead of sugar, like these yummy Applesauce Carrot Muffins . If you find any other recipes, let me know.
